摘要
针对确定机电产品可靠性试验数据分布类型时具有不确定性这一特点，把模糊数 学引用到统计推断的数值分析方法中，提出了一种模糊识别方法．经过对大量试验数据的分析 处理，证明该法简便易行，具有较高的准确性．
In accordance with the indeterminate feature of distributive class determine for reliability test-data of electromechanical product, the fuzzy recognition method is put forward by means of introducing fuzzy mathematics into the analysis and calculation of the statistical guess. For many kinds of test-data being analysed and calculated, This method has been proved to be simple and accurate.
