摘要
目的探讨曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗外耳道真菌病的效果。方法选取外耳道真菌病患者149例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组(75例)应用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏进行治疗,对照组(74例)应用硼酸滴耳液进行治疗,观察两组在15 d和2个月后耳内镜下表现以及涂片结果。结果观察组15 d后和2个月后的总有效率分别为96.0%和98.7%,对照组15 d后和2个月后的总有效率分别为81.1%和90.5%,两组差异与统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布治疗外耳道真菌病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in topical treatment of otomyeosis externa.Methods 149 cases of patients with otomycosis externa were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the observation group （75 eases） were given with triameinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream, the control group （74 cases） were treated with boric acid ear drops,the curative effect after 15 days and two months was observed.Results Afer 15 days and two months treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0% and 98.7% respectively, the control group was 81.1% and 90.5% respectively, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of triameinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in topical treatment of otomyeosis externa is significant,is worthy of clinical application.
