摘要
本文介绍了国内外开发节能建筑的近况及哈尔滨某厂房建筑节能改造的设计实例,它较常规采暖厂房耗热指标降低85%,一年可从节能费用中回收改建投资。此外,还介绍了太阳能热利用、反射保温墙新技术及其设计方法。
In this paper the recent development of energy saving for industrial buildings at home and abroad isreviewed, and a sample design of energy saving building in Harbin City in northeast of China is given. Compared with the previous design, the new design can save as much as 85% of the heating costsand down 80% of the heat consumption targets for most conventional heated buildings. The re-construction costs can be repaid in one year owing to the savings achieved. Some new techniques such as the application of solar energy, reflective heat insulatig walls as well astheir design methods are also presented.
