摘要
目的观察丙种球蛋白治疗格林-巴利综合症的效果。方法选取2010年2月-2013年2月入院治疗的30例格林-巴利综合症患者,随机分成实验组和对照组各15例,2组均使用传统常规治疗方法,实验组在此基础上加用丙种球蛋白静脉注射,分析比较2组在治疗前后的肌力的改善情况。结果实验组治疗后的临床症状和肌力的改善情况均优于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白治疗格林-巴利综合症的效果显著,能缩短急性期持续时间以及整个病程,有效改善各项临床症状。
Objective To observe the efficacy of gamma globulin treating Guillain-Barre syndrome. Method 30 cases of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome received from February 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 15 cases in each group. Both groups were given tradi- tional conventional treatment and the experimental group were given intravenous injection with gamma globu- lin. Then clinical symptoms and the improvement of muscle strength before and after the treatment in both groups were analyzed and compared. Results The improvement of muscle strength after the treatment in the experimental group were better than the control group and the differences between the two groups were statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 66.66 %, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gamma globulin has a significant effect on treating Guillain-Barre syndrome, it can shorten the duration of the acute phase and the whole course of the disease and improve the clinical symptoms effectively.
