摘要
皮肤性病学是医学院校教学课程之一,其临床教学的目的是实现医学生向临床皮肤科医生模式的转变,培养医学生的基础临床知识、基本操作技能及基本临床思维能力。皮肤性病学具有很强的临床实践性,仅仅简单使用文字对皮肤损害进行描述既抽象又不易理解。传统的教学模式难以适应学生的需求,本文旨在探讨多媒体教学、计算机辅助模式、标准化病人和网络平台等的皮肤科教学新模式,激发学生的积极性、自主性,增强学生作为医生的责任心,增强学生对皮肤性病学的兴趣,为社会培养适应时代需要、合格的皮肤科专业人才。
Dermatology and venereology is one of teaching courses in medical colleges.Clinical teaching purpose will train medical students to get the basic clinical knowledge,basic skills and basic clinical thinking ability and help them to change the role from medical students to dermatologist.Because of subject characteristics of strong practicality of Dermatology and venereology,the skin lesions of different diseases are difficult to understand when only through the literal description.Traditional clinical teaching model is difficult to adapt to the needs of dermatolgical students.This paper aims to explore dermatology new model of multimedia technology,computer-assisted learning,standardized patient and ederm online curriculum teaching and arouse the enthusiasm and autonomy of medical students,enhance the responsibility of students as doctors,stimulate students＇ interest and to improve teaching effectiveness and to cultivate professional dermatologist.
