妊娠期血栓性血小板减少性紫癜一例

摘要 患者21岁,孕1产0,因＆quot;孕37＋1周,头痛1 d,左侧肢体麻木20 min＆quot;于2013年5月6日入院.患者孕期在外院定期进行产科检查未发现异常,4月10日在当地医院行常规产科检查时发现血压偏高,为138/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,查尿蛋白（-）,未予处理.
