摘要
目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿术中不同钻孔部位对疗效的影响。方法将2010年11月～2012年10月收治的慢性硬膜下血肿患者作为治疗组，2008年11月～2010年10月收治的患者作为对照组，共49例。治疗组选择血肿最大层面中间点作钻孔点，对照组选择血肿最大层面中近顶结节处作钻孔点，比较两组患者术后残余积气量、积液量及术后复发率。结果与对照组相比，治疗组术后颅内积气、积液量少，复发率低。结论选择血肿最大层面中点作钻孔点效果更好，术中操作更方便。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the different drilling location on curing chronic subdural haematoma. Methods 49 cases were divided into treatment group who were admitted from Nov 2010 to Oct 2012 and control group who were admitted from Nov 2008 to Oct 2010. Treatment group chose middle point of the biggest haematoma and control group chose near parietal tuber of the biggest haematoma level as the drillng location. Then compared the remaining gas,liquid and the rate of postoperative recurrence between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative intracranial pneumatasis and effusion quantity were less,the recurrence rate was lower. Conclusion Compared with control group, treatment group has better effect and its operation is more convenient.
