摘要
采用邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAOP)这种热固性树脂作为聚苯醚(PPO)的活性增塑改性剂,来改善PPO的加工性能,并且通过高温引发剂2,3-二甲基-2,3-二苯基丁烷(DMDPB)引发DAOP固化,从而减少增塑效应导致的PPO综合性能的降低。动态力学分析(DMA)研究表明,DAOP与PPO有着良好的相容性;通过旋转流变仪和转矩流变仪测试流变性能,发现加入DAOP能大幅度降低PPO/DAOP体系的熔体粘度和加工温度;热失重分析(DTG)表明,DAOP经过固化后的共混体系基本保持了纯PPO良好的耐热性能;力学性能测试表明,随着DAOP含量的增加力学性能会逐步下降,但20%含量的DAOP共混体系的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别只下降了16%和8%。
Using the thermosetting resin (DAOP) as the activity plasticizing modifier of PPO, the processing properties of polyphenylene oxide were improved. Through the high temperature initiator(DMDPB) a DAOP solidify was triggered, thus PPO Comprehensive performances were declined, which was caused by the plasticizing effect of DAOP. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) shows DAOP has good compatibility with PPO. Using a rotating rheometer and a torque rheometer for testing rheological properties, it shows that the addition of a DAOP can significantly reduce PPO/DAOP blend viscosity and melt torque. Thermal gravimetric analysis (DTG) shows DAOP cured blends remain excellent thermal performance the same as that of pure PPO. Mechanical properties test finds that, with the increase of DAOP content mechanics performance will decline gradually, however, tensile strength and bending strength of 20% DAOP blend only fall by 16% and 8%.
