摘要
在搭建的VRV空调系统实验台上,测试了不同作用域下系统的制冷量和能效比。具体分析了配管长度对VRV系统制冷量和能效比的影响以及室内机间距对VRV系统性能的影响,并根据实验结果确定了该系统的最佳作用域。研究结果表明:得出所测试的VRV系统的最佳作用域,配管当量长度小于160m,分歧管间距小于40m;大容量室外机会引起配管长度的增加,从而导致系统能效比的降低。
VRV air conditioning system was built to test the scope in different cooling capacity and energy emclency ratm. Based on differrent pipe length of the VRV system, the system performances were studied in dfferent cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio. The experimental results determined the optimal scope of the system. The results showed that the optimal equiva- lent pipe length is less than 160m, manifold spacing is less than 40m and the large - capacity outdoor unit makes the system EER reduced with pipe length increasing.
