摘要
不同尺寸和结构的机壳和管翅式换热器直接影响到分体式空调室内机空气的流场分布,进而影响换热器的换热效果及其出风风量。文中采用ANSYS软件CFX模块对一款三段式管翅式换热器在不同风机转速下进行了三维数值模拟,并对换热器的空气流场、温度场、空气与翅片换热系数和翅片表面热流密度分布进行分析。通过室内机出风口风量实验验证,本模型的建立是合理的。
The geometrical characteristics have significant impact on the airflow patterns of the evaporator of split air condi- tioner which in turn affects the heat transfer performance and outlet flow rate of the evaporator. In this paper, 3D CFD modelling was conducted for 3 stage fin and tube heat exchanger under different cross - flow fan speed by employing CFX in ANSYS. The streamlines of air, temperature field, air side heat transfer coefficient as well as fin surface heat flux were studied in detail. More- over, the numerical study was validated by comparing with experimental data.
