摘要
研究了斯特林制冷机的发展历程,分析了斯特林制冷机常见的两种结构,并对比了几种典型的制冷介质。从专业的角度阐述了它的工作原理,分析了其振动来源,介绍了其振动测试方法,最后着重从主动、被动控制两个方面提出了一些振动控制手段。
The development process of Stifling cryocooler was studied and the structure of two common Stifling cryocooler was analyzed in this paper. Several typical refrigeration medium were also compared in this paper. From the professional perspective its working principle was stated and the source of vibration was analyzed. The vibration test method was also introduced in this pa- per. Finally emphatically from the active control and passive control some means of vibration control were put forward.
