摆动式堆煤带式输送机遥控操作PLC控制系统设计

Design of remote operation PLC control system for swinging coal-stacking belt conveyor

摘要 对于堆煤场受周围地理情况限制的部分老煤矿,摆动式堆煤带式输送机是一种较为理想的堆煤设备。但摆动式堆煤机的长度较长,工作区域较大,如果固定操作地点,不便于司机及时完成设备操作。基于此,设计了基于PLC的遥控操作系统。根据系统控制对象多,但控制动作类似的特点,遥控器采用矩阵式键盘的工作原理,完成控制动作的信息输出,在实现控制功能的同时大大减少了按钮数量,方便了遥控器选型。 Due to the coal storage yard of some old collieries being limited by adjacent buildings or roads, so the swinging belt conveyor is a kind of ideal coal-stacking equipment. Since the swinging coal-stacking belt conveyor is fairly long, and its working area is fairly large, therefore fixing operation place is unfavorable for operators to control the equipment in time while inspecting the stacking progress. In view of this, a remote operation control system based on PLC was designed. According to many control objects and similar control process, the principle of the matrix keyboard was applied to the remote controller so as to control the output of motion information, thus the number of the button reduced on the premise of realizing the control fixnction, and model selection of the remote controller was simplified.
