雌激素受体β在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的：探讨分析雌激素受体（ER）β在乳腺癌中的调控作用。方法选取2008年06月～2013年6月本院收治的52例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，从其乳腺组织中获取标本，对样本ER表达和相关临床参数进行检测。结果52例样本中ER阳性表达率为65.4%。ER的表达和患者肿瘤大小、浸润范围、月经情况、临床分期、P53等表达无明显关系（P〉0.05）；与病理分型、Ki67有相关性（P〈0.05）。结论 ER和乳腺癌细胞增殖存在一定关系。
