探讨CT脑池造影(CTC)在颅内蛛网膜囊肿诊断及治疗中的应用价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨CT脑池造影在颅内蛛网膜囊肿方面的诊断及治疗价值。方法选取我院2011年1月-2012年1月期间收治的18例蛛网膜囊肿患者,所有患者均进行CT脑池造影观察患者是否为交通性蛛网膜囊肿,之后给予非交通性蛛网膜囊肿患者进行手术治疗,观察术后治疗效果。结果 18例患者中,交通性蛛网膜囊肿与非交通性蛛网膜囊肿例数分别为6例和12例,给予针对性治疗后,囊肿与周围的脑池沟通较为良好,临床症状均表现出不同程度的缓解和改善。结论通过分析后显现CT脑池造影术在诊断蛛网膜囊肿分型方面非常简单解决奥,检查的结果利于选择合适的治疗方式,且在手术后可提供囊肿动力学变化信息,用于手术效果的初步评价,其也有一定的缺点,就是具有创伤性。
