亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者快速心律失常的治疗观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者是否会出现快速性心律失常,对此类患者补充甲状腺激素治疗后症状是否会好转。方法对20位诊断为SCH住院患者治疗前后的甲状腺功能动态心电图、心血管危险因子水平(如C反应蛋白)进行分析和比较,并同时进行统计学分析,阐明其间的相互关系。结果经过补充甲状腺激素治疗后,患者甲状腺功能明显好转,TSH较前明显下降,CRP较前明显下降,动态心电图提示出现阵发性心动过速的发生较前明显下降,患者自我感觉明显好转。P<0.05有统计学意义。结论亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者可出现各种心律失常,其中部分患者会出现快速心律失常,本研究通过对这部分患者的研究发现,对此类患者经过补充甲状腺激素治疗后,心律失常明显好转,患者自觉症状也明显好转。
