摘要
目的观察中药封包热熨中脘穴对腹腔镜术后排气的临床疗效。方法将入院行腹腔镜探查术的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组术后8 h采用中药封包外敷中脘穴,对照组采用同等大小的发热物外敷中脘部。结果两组患者组间首次排气的构成比比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包外敷中脘穴能有效促使腹腔镜术后患者排气,有效预防术后腹胀的发生。
【Objective】To observe the traditional Chinese medicine packets of hot iron in the abdominal cavity after laparoscopy exhaust effect explore. The test will be admitted between laparoscopy patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 100 cases each. Treatment group, eight hours after packet external application of Chinese medicine in the abdominal cavity, the control group using the same size of the heating material and topical Zhongwan Ministry. The results constitute a first exhaust in the patients group than the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine packets and topical in the abdominal cavity after laparoscopic surgery patients exhaust, effectively promote the effective prevention of the occurrence of postoperative abdominal distention.
