摘要
目的探讨孕酮及妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(PAPP-A)在稽留流产(missed abortion)预测中的表达及临床意义。方法选择42例有不明原因稽留流产史的妇女为治疗组,另选择30例有正常生育史的妇女为对照组,检测其在孕6、9、11周血清中孕酮及PAPP-A的表达。孕酮及PAPP-A预测自然流产率评价。结果 2组6、9、11周孕酮水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清孕酮及PAPP-A值95%可信区间的高限分别为18.7 ng/mL和21.7 IU/L,2组阳性率分别为90.5%(38/42),95.2%(40/42)。孕酮及PAPP-A评价率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论稽留流产孕妇妊娠过程中,孕酮及PAPP-A均为高表达。孕酮<18.7 ng/mL和PAPP-A<21.7 IU/L则代表有可能发生稽留流产。
【Objective】To explore the expression and significance of Progesterone and PAPP- A in the missed abortion.METHODS： We analyzed 42 cases who had missed abortion in the control group,and 30 cases had normal women in the experimental group. To test the level of serum progesterone and PAPP- A at 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 11 weeks. Progesterone and PAPP- A predict spontaneous abortion rate evaluation.RESULTS：Two groups 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 11 weeks progesterone level comparison（P0.05）.Serum progesterone and PAPP- A value 95% confidence interval of the high limit were and 21.7ng/m l and 21.7IU/l, two groups positive rate was 90.5%（38/42）, 95.2%（40/42）（P0.005）.Conclusion： The progesterone and PAPP-A are high expression of missed abortion pregnant women pregnant pregnancy process,Progesterone18. 7 ng/m l and PAPP- A21.7 IU/l represents possible missed abortion.
