摘要
就广西水资源丰富 ,但时空分布不均 ,加上地质构造特殊、旱涝灾害频繁、石漠化和工程型缺水严重、水质型缺水逐渐突出等 ,针对广西岩溶地区水资源开发利用问题 ,提出适度开发岩溶地下水、合理调蓄地表水和地下水、加快兴建大中型水利水电工程、建设水源林区等措施 ,以实现水资源优化配置 ,促进国民经济的可持续发展。
Guangxi is characterized by uneven distribution of water resources in time and space,serious flood and waterlogging,fragile geologic environment in karst regions,soil erosion and wide spreading of rock deserts.In supply and demands of water resources problems lie in insufficient storage capacity,water pollution and poor management of water resources.It is concluded that all karst regions in Guangxi fall short of water in varying degrees except for those situated in northeast Guangxi.For developing water resources in karst regions in Guangxi the author puts forward the following measures:exploiting moderately karst water to increase the ratio of ground water in water resources development;storing rationally both surface and ground water to enhance active capacity;overdrawing artificially the shallow karst water and recharging;exploiting karst rivers;buliding rain collection tanks;speeding up construction of large hydraulic and hydropower projects;building headwater forest areas;spreading water saving farming;strengthening protection and management of water resources environment and relocating extremely poor population inhabited in karst regions.The author also introduces briefly the optimum regional allocation of water resources.
