脑脊液引流液中分离出放射根瘤菌1例 被引量：3

摘要 本院于2012年8月自神经内科监护室一患者脑脊液引流液标本中培养分离出1株放射根瘤菌（Rhizobium radiobacter）,现将该病例临床资料分析报告如下. 1 病历资料 1.1 病史患者,男性,57岁,2012年8月9日因意识不清伴大小便失禁4 d,由外院转入本院.现病史：患者于2012年8月5日上午9︰30出现卧床不起,意识不清,呼之不应,并伴非喷射状呕吐,大小便失禁,遂送至北京某医院.
