奎硫平与利培酮治疗73例首发精神分裂症的对照研究 被引量：17

摘要 目的研究奎硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将73例在重庆市长寿区精神病医院精神专科医院接受住院治疗的首发精神分裂症患者分为两组,总研究疗程4周。用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行疗效评定,用不良反应量表(TESS)评估药物不良反应。采用重复测量资料的方差分析比较奎硫平和利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的起效快慢及疗效。结果在研究中,分组与时间之间未见交互作用,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4周末的疗效、药物不良反应之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种药物治疗首发精神分裂症的起效时间和疗效相当,不良反应轻微,均安全有效。
