摘要
焊接长2 050 mm、厚2.5 mm的铝合金5083变截面长管件纵向对接结构时,通常使用焊接机器人和焊接专机,否则容易引起焊接接头失效,对行车安全造成不良影响。但焊接机器人及焊接专机价格高,增加生产成本。设计的变截面铝合金长管件焊接装置,包括回转焊接装置、自动焊接小车,自动焊接小车设有全自动焊把及焊把调节机构。在使用该焊接装置的情况下,焊后产品完全满足图纸的设计要求,可避免焊接缺陷,保证产品结构尺寸,能提高产品质量和生产率,降低返修率和废品率。

This design of welding equipment for variable section aluminum long tube,including rotary welding unit,automatic welding carriage featured with automatic welding and adjustment mechanism for welding torch. The experiments show tiaat the equipment can meet the design requirements, prevent welding defects,ensure product structure size,improve product quality,increase productivity,reduce failure rates and scrap rates.
