摘要
采用状态空间平均法,建立了半桥型弧焊逆变电源的小信号开关模型,从而计算出控制至输出的传递函数。针对弧焊逆变电源的输出特性要求,设计了逆变输出滤波器的参数,建立了半桥逆变弧焊电源电压反馈控制系统框图,然后设计PI控制器补偿网络,运用MATLAB仿真并比较系统补偿前后的波特图,观察到补偿后系统稳定性提高。
This paper established a small signal switching model based on half-bridge arc welding inverter using state-space averaging method,then calculated the control-to-output transfer function.According to the output characteristic requirements of arc welding inverter,it designed the output filter parameters,and built half-bridge inverter welding power source voltage feedback control system block diagram using MATLAB,and then designed a PI controller compensation network.Through comparing Bode plots before and after the compensation system,it proved system's stability has been increased after compensation.
