天然气切割应用于重型矿山装备制造的可行性

摘要 为了验证天然气切割在大型矿山机械制造领域应用的可行性,针对500 mm特厚钢板切割质量和切割成本问题进行相关试验。试验结果表明,特厚钢板切割面质量良好,满足企业生产要求,天然气相比丙烷切割能降低切割成本约44%,符合企业利益。 To judge the teasibility of applying natural gas cutting on fabrication of mining heavy equipment, experiments on quality of cutting 500ram extra thick steel and cutting cost were conducted. The results show that the cutting surface of extra thick steel has good quality which meets requirement of enterprise fabrication. Compared with propane cutting, natural gas can ,'educe cutting cost a lot by 44% approximately, which is benefit of enterprise.
