摘要
为了提高化纤丝片烘干效率,介绍了常见夹套式丝片烘干辊的结构及存在问题。针对其烘干辊外圆面上的温度达不到工艺要求,丝片不容易被烘干以及烘干辊运转一段时间之后经常出现辊面跳动严重等问题,研制了一种新型夹套式烘干辊。新型夹套式烘干辊进汽孔和回水孔数量较多,辊面温度能够达到工艺要求,丝片烘干状况良好;烘干辊的辊面跳动很小,能够满足长期运转的要求;安装方式与原烘干辊相同,互换性好。
In order to improve the drying efficiency of chemical skein, introduction is made to the structures and problems of the common bushed skein drying roller. As to the outer ring＇s fail- ure to reach the desired temperature for the process,and the skein＇s difficulty to be dried up and the frequent flopping of the drying roller after a period of time, a new hushed skein drying roller is introduced. The product is equipped with enough steam inlets and water outlets to as- sure the surafee of the roller reaching the desired temperature,consequently the skein properly dried up with little flopping of the roller for long time operation. The installation is same as the conventional one. It is interchangable.
