摘要
为了提高分梳辊用齿条的使用寿命,介绍了化学抛光、DLC、WC/C、化学镀Ni-P合金,梯度材料5种不同表面处理工艺的基本原理及其优缺点,通过试验结果分析可知,从相对耐磨度和齿条磨损形貌变化看,WC/C涂层耐磨度最高,化学抛光耐磨度最低,其余表面处理工艺介于两者之间,实际应用中应从工艺要求上灵活把握。
In order to prolong the service done to the chemical polishing,DLC,WC e of the wire on the /C,chemical coating of carding roller, introduction is Ni-P alloy,plus cascading ma- terial regarding the surface treatment element and the advantages and disadvanages. Analysis of the test shows that the abrasion of WC/C coating is highest and that of the chemical coating is lowest from the point of the relative abrasion resistance and the worn wire profile. Other process is in the middling. Fexibility is appreciated in process control in real production.
