摘要
针对纺织机械向自动化、连续化、高速化和智能化发展的态势及集聚纺、喷气纺、涡流纺、高端无梭织机等新材料、新工艺的引入对纺织器材提出的新要求,从生产设备、产品创新、管理水平及产品适应性方面分析了我国纺织器材的现状及存在问题,并对照《纺织工业"十二五"发展规划》提出了新型高端纺织器材产品开发应注意的事项和建议;呼吁纺织器材研发要走院校企联合的道路,树立信心,抓住人才,管理部门要做好协调工作,在资金、政策和技术上给予大力支持。
As to the orientation of automation, continuation, swift and robotization with textile machineries as well as the introduction of the new material and new process such as compact spinning, air-jet spinning, spinning of votex,and projectile spinning,the new requirement is put forth on textile accessories. Analysis is done to the actuality and the problem herewith regard- ing the equipment, innovation, management and the adaptability of products. Some cautions and suggestion are put forth for the developement of new quality textile accessories with informa- tion the 12th-Five-year plan. An appeal is made for the combination of the enterprise,academy and research in development of textile accessories. It is necessary to keep confidence and hold the talent with the management of coordination. Enough support is appreciated including fund, policies and technologies.
