摘要
便秘的患病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量及健康,但其发病机制至今尚未明确,治疗方法也不尽相同,包括调整饮食、运动疗法、排便指导、心理调护、药物治疗、生物反馈疗及手术治疗等。由于中医治疗便秘疗效肯定,不良反应少等优点,在临床上广为患者所接受。该文就中医治疗便秘的病因及治则进行综述。
There is an upward trend in the prevalence of constipation seriously affecting the quality of people＇s lives and health, but its pathogenesis is not yet clear, treatment methods are also different,including adjusting diet, exercise therapy, defecation guidance, psychological aftercare, drug therapy, biofeedback therapy and surgery, etc. , among whieh traditional Chinese medicine is accepted by patients in clinical due to affirm- ative curative effect and less adverse reactions. Here is to make a review of the constipation causes and treat- ment principles in traditional Chinese medicine treating.
