摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的诊断领域发展迅速,在多种检查手段中,平板运动试验是冠状动脉疾病诊断及对其进行风险评估的重要手段。研究发现,运动试验后心率恢复(HRR)减慢是副交感神经活性减弱的标志。且运动试验后HRR异常是对心血管疾病及其主要心血管事件发生预测的独立危险因子。该文就平板运动试验后HRR异常对冠心病诊断价值的研究进展予以综述。 The diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease develops rapidly. Among a variety of inspection methods, exercise treadmill test is an important means for the diagnosis and risk assessment. Some studies found that, the weakening of heart rate recovery after exercise test marks the weakening of parasympa- thetic nerve activity. And the abnormal heart rate recovery after exercise test is an independent risk factor to predict cardiovascular disease and major cardiovascular event. Here is to make a review of the value of the abnormal heart rate recovery after exercise test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
