摘要
下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)是血管外科临床常见疾病,LEDVT的传统治疗方法为卧床休息,抬高患肢,抗凝治疗等。对于急性LEDVT的患者目前主要采用溶栓治疗或者手术取栓。溶栓治疗是LEDVT的主要治疗方法,最常用的溶栓药物是尿激酶。近年来发展的导管溶栓治疗对急性LEDVT形成有较好的疗效。该文就其适应证、溶栓药物和并发症等进行介绍。
Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（LEDVT） is a common clinical disease in vascular sur- gery, the conventional methods include bed rest, raising the affected limb, and anticoagulation therapy. For acute LEDVT thrombolytic therapy or embolectomy are the main treatments currently. Thrombolytic therapy is the primary treatment for LEDVT, and the most commonly used thrombolytic agent is urokinase. The catheter thrombolysis for acute LEDVT developed in recent yeats has a good effect. Here is to introduce the indica- tions,durgs and complications.
