摘要
随着社会的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,社会和生活环境及饮食习惯的改变,自身免疫力下降等诸多因素的相互作用以及超声检查在临床中的普遍应用,越来越多的人被发现患有甲状腺结节,甲状腺结节的发病率逐年上升,治疗方法也越来越受到人们的关注,甲状腺结节的治疗主要包括随访观察、甲状腺激素抑制疗法、酒精介入疗法、放射性碘治疗、热消融治疗和手术治疗等。
Along with the interaction of multiple factors including constant development of the society and the improvement of people＇s living standards, the society, the living environment and diet changes, and immunity decline,and popularization of uhrasonography clinical application, more and more thyroid nodules were discovered, bringing an increasing incidence of thyroid nodules year by year, and the treatment has been paid more and more attention, which mainly include observation, thyroid hormone suppression therapy, alcohol intervention therapy, radioactive iodine treatment, thermal ablation therapy and operation therapy.
