摘要
放射性肺损伤是放射治疗后的常见并发症,早期主要表现为放射性肺炎(RP),如不及时治疗将会引起严重的临床后果,因此RP的早期诊断和治疗一直是临床上亟待解决的问题。肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A、D作为肺部含量较为丰富的表面活性蛋白,在疾病初期即可发生特异性的改变,这对RP的早期预测具有重要的意义。该文主要对两者的相关性研究进展予以综述。
Radiation-induced lung injury is one of the most common complications after radiotherapy, and initial manifestations are radiation pneumonitis, which will cause serious clinical consequences without timely treatment. Therefore, the early diagnosis and remedy of radiation-induced lung injury has been a clini- cal problem to be solved. Pulmonary surfactant-associated protein A and D ,which is relatively rich in content in the lung, and have special changes in the early stage of diseases, tt is significantly important to the predic- tion of radiation pneumonitis. Here is to make a review of the progress in the correlation research.
