摘要
目的:探讨喉癌患者围手术期的心理护理。方法:选择2011年1月-2013年5月笔者所在医院收治的41例喉癌患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为护理组(21例)和常规组(20例),护理组在围手术期加强心理护理,常规组给予常规护理,比较两组患者情绪变化。结果:术前两组的焦虑、抑郁评分无明显差异,术后护理组焦虑、抑郁评分分别是(26.35±1.14)分、(11.36±1.96)分;常规组焦虑、抑郁评分分别是(45.31±2.64)分、(40.86±3.86)分,护理组心理状态优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在围手术期加强心理护理,能减轻喉癌患者术后疼痛状况,减轻抑郁焦虑,树立生活信心,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the psychological nursing in perioperation period of patients with laryngeal cancer.Method：Select in January 2011 to May 2013 of 41 cases of laryngeal cancer patients admitted in the hospital,the author is using the random number table method will be divided into nursing group （21 cases） and normal group （20 cases）,strengthen psychological nursing in the perioperative nursing group,conventional group was given routine nursing care, compared two groups of patients with mood changes.Result：Preoperative no difference between the two groups of anxiety and depression scores,postoperative nursing group,anxiety,depression score is （26.35±1.14）,（11.36±1.96）;Regular group of anxiety and depression scores are respectively （45.31±2.64）, （40.86±3.86）points,nursing psychological state is superior to the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the perioperation period to strengthen psychological nursing care,can reduce the pain of postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma,reduce anxiety and depression,establish confidence in life,is worth the clinical promotion.
