摘要 目的:探讨和分析护患沟通对优质护理质量的影响。方法:对笔者所在医院收治的患者在优质护理过程中实施护患沟通,同时采取相关的措施来提高护患沟通效果。结果:实施护患沟通后,2011-2012年投诉、跌倒、烫伤、用错药物发生情况明显少于2009-2010年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护患沟通实施后,2011-2012年患者满意度和疾病知识掌握情况明显优于实施前(2009-2010年)。结论:对患者在进行优质护理的过程中进行有效地护患沟通,有效地减少投诉情况发生,提高护理质量和患者的满意度。 Objective:Discussion and analysis of communication on the quality of the high quality nursing care.Method:To the author of patients admitted in the hospital implementation of communication,nurses and patients in the process of high quality nursing and take relevant measures to improve the communication effect of nurses and patients.Result:Implementation of the communication,nurses and patients complaints from 2011 to 2012,falls, burns,significantly less than what is happening with the wrong drugs from 2009 to 2010,difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Communication after implementation,nurses and patients from 2011 to 2012 patients satisfaction and disease knowledge is better than before the implementation (2009-2010). Conclusion:In the process of high quality nursing care for patients to effectively communicate,nurses and patients effectively reduce complaints,improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
