摘要
从非理性因素与人的综合素质发展之关系的视角 ,探讨优良非理性因素培养的作用、意义和途径。认为学校教育历来重视培养学生的理性智慧 ,但对情感、意志、需要、动机、兴趣、欲望等非理性因素对人的学习、认识和创造活动、道德实践、审美追求、社会交往乃至人的全部社会生活、社会行为的重要影响 ,却往往重视不够。指出优良非理性因素对人的整体综合素质的形成和发展的意义。
WT5”BZ]This paper is a research work on the effects,significance and ways of cultivating good non reasonable factors with respect to the relationship of mens comprehensive quality.Our opinion is that,regular school education pays more attention to training students reasonable intelligence all long,but less attention to the non reasonable factors,such as emotion,will,needs,motions,interests,desire,which have important effects not only on mens study,recognition and creation,but also on mens moral practice,aesthetic pursuit,socio association practice and even their whole social life and social behaviors.Good non reasonable factors have indispensable meaning and important affection to the formation and development of mens comprehensive quality.Education should not overlook to train students good non reasonable mind.[WT5”HZ]
