摘要 磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶-丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(PI3K-AKT)信号转导通路对细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和糖代谢发挥重要作用。文章分析了从PI3K-AKT通路的角度探讨针灸作用机制的文献,结果显示该通路参与了针灸效应的发挥,但研究主要集中在针刺对脑缺血再灌注和糖耐量异常的调节,涉及范畴较小。实验设计单一,缺乏不同刺激下的对比研究。此外,研究深度不够,没有涉及上下游信号以及信号间的相互作用。在以后的研究中还需拓宽研究范畴,完善实验设计,从更深层次研究PI3K-AKT信号转导通路在针灸效应中的作用,阐释针刺作用机制。 The PI3K-AKT signal transduction pathway plays a major role in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and glucose metabolism. The article reviewed the relative literature to the recent progress of PI3K-AKT signal transduction pathway and mechanism of acupuncture. It showed that PI3K-AKT signal transduction pathway had a relationship with the regulatory effects of acupuncture. However, these studies was limited to the regulatory effects of acupuncture for cerebral ischemic reperfusion damage and glucose intolerance. The design of recent experiments were single and short of comparative studies of different acupuncture stimulating. Besides, the studies were insufficient and lack of systemic research on the interactions of upstream and downstream of signaling transduction pathways. Therefore, the further study on the regulatory effect of PI3K- AKT of acupuncture should enlarge the scope of study and improve the design of experiment which can contribute to elucidate the mechanism of acupuncture.
