Research Progress on the Protein-based Biomarkers in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

摘要 帕金森病(PD)以黑质纹状体系统多巴胺能神经元进行性变性缺失和Lewy小体的出现为病理特征,目前尚无可靠的实验室诊断指标。研究发现脑脊液及血浆中的α-synuelein、DJ-1、Tau、Aβ1-42等蛋白指标在PD患者中发生了有意义的变化。 Parkinson＇s disease（PD） is a common neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive degeneration of the do paminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compaeta（SNpc）and generation of Lewy body, There is currently no reliable laboratory diagnostic indicators several studies suggest that asynuclein, DJ - 1, Aβ1 - 42 and other biomarkers of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） and plasma in patients with PD have been significantly changed.
