2007～2012年荆州市无偿献血者抗-HIV分布 被引量：2

摘要 目的 分析荆州市无偿献血者抗-HIV检测结果,探讨献血人群抗-HIV感染率的发展趋势.方法 对献血者标本进行2次ELISA检测,任何一次有反应性即送疾病预防控制中心做确认试验.结果 2007～2012年荆州市无偿献血者抗-HIV初筛阳性率分别为0.07％、0.15％、0.20％、0.15％、0.08％和0.04％,不同年份比较差异有统计学意义;确证阳性率分别为0、2.57/10万、6.35/10万、7.10/10万、10.08/10万和7.10/10万,不同年份比较差异无统计学意义.结论 应推进血液核酸检测,在提高血液安全前提下,尽量减少血液的假阳性报废.
