Effect of N-Acetylcysteine on Oxidative Related Substances in Serums of Patients with Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性加重期患者血清中氧化相关物质的影响。方法选取2008年2月—2013年2月确诊的COPD急性加重期70例,随机分为A组和B组,每组35例。B组给予常规治疗,A组在常规治疗基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片口服。两组均连续治疗8周。观察血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superioxide dismutase,SOD)、活性氧类物质(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)变化情况。结果两组治疗后GSH-PX、SOD活性高于治疗前,ROS活性和MDA含量低于治疗前,且A组血清中GSH-PX、SOD活性高于B组,ROS活性和MDA含量低于B组(P<0.05)。结论 N-乙酰半胱氨酸对COPD急性加重期患者血清中的活性氧有清除作用,减轻氧化物对肺部的损伤,且安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effect of N -acetylcysteine on oxidative related substances in patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (CaPO). Methods A total of 70 patients with acute exacerbation capo were randomly divided into treatment group (group A, n = 35) and control group (group B, n = 35) . Group B was given conventional treatment, and group A was treated with oral acetylcysteine based on conventional treatment for 8 weeks. Changes of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , reactive oxygen species ( ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serums of the two groups were detected after treatment. Results The activities of GSH-PX and SOD were significantly higher, while the ROS activity and the MDA concentration of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in group A, the activities of GSH-PX and SOD were significantly higher, while ROS activity and MDA concentration were significantly lower compared with those of group B (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion N-acetylcysteine may clean reactive oxygen species of serum in patients with acute exacerbation capo, and reduce oxide damage to the lungs. It is safe and effective.
