摘要
目的研究模拟野战条件下,在新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱内应用覆膜支架治疗颈动脉创伤性假性动脉瘤犬的可行性。方法构建颈动脉创伤性假性动脉瘤犬模型(n=4),在新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱内应用覆膜支架对其进行血管重建,术后30 min、1周复查脑动脉造影,观察颈动脉通畅情况、神经系统功能状况。结果实验犬均存活,术后30 min脑动脉造影结果显示创伤性假性动脉瘤消失,载瘤动脉通畅;术后1周血管造影结果显示创伤性假性动脉瘤无再通,供血动脉无闭塞,无神经系统功能缺失。结论在野战条件下,使用新型野战伤病综合手术救治方舱,应用覆膜支架治疗创伤性假性动脉瘤安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of covered stent-graft in treatment of traumatic carotid pseudoaneurysms in a newly designed traveling medical cabin in war-time situations in dogs. Methods Four dog models of traumatic pseudoaneurysm in carotid artery were established and vascular reconstruction by covered stent in a newly designed traveling medicaleabin was performed, and the effect of vascular reconstruction and nervous system function of animals were observed by rechecking digital subtraction angiography (DSA) 30 minutes and one week after operation. ResuIts All dogs survived, and angiography postoperative 30 minutes showed that traumatic pseudoaneurysm had disappeared and arteries were unobstructed; angiography result of postoperative one week showed that there were no recurrence of pseudoaneurysms, feeding arteries occlusion or loss of neurological function in all the dogs. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat traumatic carotid pseudoaneurysms with covered stent-graft in a traveling medical cabin in war-time situations.
