摘要
随着信息时代的到来 ,网络正以前所未有的速度在全世界扩张。与此同时 ,各种破坏网络安全与秩序的非道德行为、违法行为泛滥成灾 ,对网络技术的发展和普及构成了现实威胁。因此 ,加强网络道德建设和法制建设 ,增强防范意识 ,完善网络安全措施 ,重视网络执法组织和队伍建设 。
Along with the coming of the information time,network is expanding at an unprecedented speed,meanwhile,the immoral and illegal action of doing great damege to the safety and order of the network is overrunning,which greatly menaces the development and popularization of the network.Therefore,the only way to maintain the normal order of the network is to strengthen the construction of the morality and law of the network,to build up the consciousness of defence,to complete the measurement of safety of network and to attach importance to the construction of the stuff executing network law.
