摘要
在煤层气脱水系统中,使用调节阀对吸附塔进行升压和降压,可以实现脱水装置的全自动控制。本文根据调节阀设计原则提出阀门的计算方法,并根据计算结果提出设备选型原则和调试方法,使调节阀的控制纳入脱水系统程控时序中。根据上述方法,可使脱水吸附塔在满足规范要求和安全要求的前提下以最短的时间完成压力的改变过程。
In dehydrating system in the coal seam, a control valve was used to control pressure towards adsorbing tower in order to carry out the full - automatic control of the dehydrating device. The calculation method of valve was put forward according to a regulating valve design principle, and a selection principle of equipments and a method of debugging were put forward as the result of the calculation, these made the control of regulating valve into dehydrating control system time series. They made the dehydrating adsorbing tower completed the change process of pressure in the shortest time as it meet the regulatory requirements and security requirements.
