高效液相色谱法测定维生素C中糠酸含量

摘要 建立了液相色谱法测定维生素C中糠酸方法。采用液相色谱检测,紫外检测器,C18色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相采用乙腈/磷酸盐缓冲溶液,对检测方法的检出限、定量限、线性、精密度、稳定性进行考察。结果表明该方法线性方程为:Y=51403X+2142.9,在0.5—10μg·mL^-1内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。该方法适合于维生素c中糠酸的测定。 The method of solvent residue determination of vitamin C in liquid chromatography was set up. The method was with HPLC, UV detector, Cls column, the column temperature of 30 ℃, and mobile phase with acetonitrile/ phosphate buffer solution. The detection limit, limit of quantitation, linearity, precision, and the stability of the detection method were investigated. The method of linear equation was Y = 51403X + 2142. 9, 0. 5 - 10 μg . mL^-1, and good linear relationship was r = 0. 9999. This method was suitable for the determination of vitamin C in the bran acid.
