摘要
旅游地调整规划是旅游地规划的一种重要类型。旅游地调整规划既是旅游地生命周期理论的实际应用 ,又是旅游地发展的实际需要。通过旅游地调整规划的制订与实施可使旅游地功能布局科学、合理 ,产业结构得到调整 ,旅游资源得到深度开发利用 ,新开发旅游产品 ,或重新组织与包装旅游产品 ,改善旅游发展环境 ,充实、完善、调整有关政策法规 ,使旅游地生命周期能得到延长或调控 。
The adjustable planning of tourist place is one of the important types of the tourist planning,it not only is the practial use of the theory of life ycle of tourist place,but also meet the true needs of tourist place development.With the making and implement of the adjustable planing of tourist place,we can make the functional layout of tourist place rationally and scientifically;adjust the structure of production;make a better expyloration and use of tourist resource;develop new tourist products or have tourist products reorganizeel and readorned;improve the developing envirement of tourism;make the elative policis and regulations perfect,substantial and adjusted;prolong or contral and adjust the life cycle of tourist place;improve or contral and adjust the life cycle of tourist place;improve the sustainable development of tourism.
