摘要
以库尔勒香梨叶片为研究对象,采用人工沙尘覆盖的方法,设计沙尘覆盖厚度2,9mg/cm2和沙尘覆盖时间7,14,28,42d二因素正交试验,以无沙尘叶片为对照,分析了沙尘对叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,沙尘覆盖条件下库尔勒香梨叶片SOD、CAT活性总体呈上升,而POD活性呈下降趋势;随着沙尘覆盖时间的延长,相同沙尘覆盖厚度下SOD活性呈上升趋势,POD活性则呈下降趋势,而CAT活性呈现先降后升趋势;沙尘覆盖越厚,SOD活性上升幅度越大,POD活性下降幅度越大,而CAT活性与沙尘覆盖厚度关系不显著,说明沙尘胁迫对库尔勒香梨叶片抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性产生的影响各不相同。
The leaves without dust coverage were used as the reference by artificial dust coverage method, and two-factors orthogonal test was designed under the condition of the dust coverage thicknesses of 2 mg/cm2 (light stress),9 mg/cm2 (heavy stress)and coverage time 7 d,14 d,28 d and 42 d to analyze the impact of dust on the superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD)and catalase (CAT)activities of Korla fragrant pear leaves.The results showed that:under the condition of dust coverage,the activities of SOD and POD were increased,while that of POD was decreased;with the prolonging of dust covering time,SOD activity was increased under the condition of same coverage thickness,while POD activity showed a downward trend,and CAT activity present a trend of downward then upward;the thicker the dust covered,the higher the SOD activity rose,at the same time,the more greatly POD decreased;CAT ac-tivity had no obvious relationships with the dust coverage thickness,which indicates that dust stress had different impacts on the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT of Korla fragrant pear leaves.
