神经营养因子-3对周围神经损伤后肌细胞凋亡及Ca^(2+)-ATP酶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察神经营养因子-3(NT-3)对成年大鼠周围神经损伤后肌细胞凋亡和Ca2+-ATP酶的影响,探讨外源性神经营养因子-3(NT-3)在延缓周围神经损伤肌萎缩中的作用机制。方法 Wistar成年大鼠60只制成周围神经损伤模型,分为生理盐水组和NT-3组。观察两组caspase-3蛋白的表达情况、骨骼肌细胞凋亡率、Ca2+-ATP酶等相关指标。结果两组caspase-3蛋白表达2h后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4、8周两组肌细胞凋亡率及Ca2+-ATP酶比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NT-3减缓周围神经损伤后肌萎缩的机制是抑制caspase-3基因的表达和升高Ca2+-ATP酶,最终降低肌细胞凋亡。
