摘要
文章基于安徽省286个农民专业合作社的调查数据,对农民专业合作社发展影响因素进行了实证研究。研究表明,合作社成立时的初始资产规模越大、合作社制度建设越完备、实行一人一票为主且重视社员大会的民主治理机制、通过外部扶持提供政策优惠和资金扶助,有利于合作社的发展;而合作社负责人兼任经理社长、主管部门对合作社进行经常性检查监督,则对合作社发展存在显著的不利影响。
Based on the survey data from 286 professional farmers＇ cooperatives （PFC） in Anhui Province, the paper con- ducts an empirical research on the factors influencing the development of PFCs. The analysis finds that the larger the scale of initial assets, the more complete system construction, internal democratic governance mechanisms including one-vote sys- tern and emphasis on member participation, providing favorable policies and financial aids through external support, can th- cilitate the development of PFCs, the heads of PFCs also serve as managers, frequent inspections and supervisions from rele- vant authorities, have significant adverse impacts on the development of PFCs.
