摘要
近年来,食品安全问题已成为全球关注的焦点。频繁发生的食品安全事件,不仅给消费者的健康造成了巨大损害,而且严重影响了农产品的市场信誉。消费者急需一种方便快捷的方法鉴别食品真伪,并清楚地了解生产流通中的每一个环节详细情况的解决办法。防伪、可溯源的二维条码技术成为重要技术之一,从二维条码技术特点入手,结合生产流通实际,对二维条码技术在农产品溯源过程进行应用分析。
In recent years, food safety has become a focus of global attention. Frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, not only to the health of consumers causes tremendous damage, and seriously affects the agricultural market credibility. Consumers need for a quick and easy identification of food authenticity, and a clear understanding of the production and circulation of details of every aspect of the solution. Security, traceable dimensional code technology become the prerequisite and necessary condition. This paper starts from two-dimensional barcode technology combines features of the actual production and circulation of agricultural products of two-dimensional bar code technology in the application process traceability analysis.
