摘要
区域人力资源供求系统是一个耗散结构。根据协同论,区域人力资源供求系统要维持有序状态就要求经济、社会、环境等子系统保持相互协调,系统序参量之间相互协同。以人力资源数量为序参量,描述系统的有序性和演化方向。运用耗散结构和灰色系统理论,把灰关联度与熵结合起来,建立基于灰关联熵的区域人力资源供求系统有序性判别模型,为系统分析提供了新的方法,并应用于区域人力资源供求安全评价上,为实施临界控制提供了依据。
Regional human resources supply and demand system was in a dissipative structure. Based on the theory of the cooperation, regional human resources supply and demand to maintain an orderly state required subsystems such as economy, society and the enviroament to keep coordinate with erch other, synergy between system order parameter, this paper took the number of human resources as order paramrter to describe the differentia- tion and evolution direction of the system. By using the theory of dissipative structure and the gray system, combined the gray incidence and entropy, and established the regional human resources supply system based on the gray incidence entropy, provided a new methed for system analysis, and the model would be applied to safety evaluation on the regional human resources supply in order to provide the basis for the implementation of the critical control.
