摘要
为探求煤氧化基腐殖酸(COHA)的结构信息和其高附加值利用的方法,考察了COHA在温和条件下与次氯酸钠(NaOCl)水溶液的反应。所得反应液经酸化后用乙醚萃取,萃取物经重氮甲烷酯化后用GC/MS分析。结果表明:COHA与NaOCl水溶液的反应性高于原煤,残渣剩余率仅为4.3%。产物中主要包括脂肪酸、苯多酸、氮硫化合物,其中苯多酸类物质相对含量高达72.98%。因此NaOCl水溶液可有效降解COHA为重要的有机化学品,可进一步提高煤氧化工艺的经济性。
Coal oxidation-based humic acid (COHA) oxidation with aqueous sodium hypochlorite (NaOC1) solution under mild conditions was studied in order to understand its structure and to find a potential way to high value- added utilization. The reaction mixture acidified was extracted with ethoxyethane, followed by the esterification with diazomethane which was analyzed by GC/MS. The results show that the reactivity of COHA with aqueous NaOC1 solution is higher than that of raw coal, and the amount of residue is only 4.3%. Aliphatic acids, benzene polycarboxylic acids and organonitrogen-sulfur compounds are main products, and the relative content of benzene polycarboxylic acids is up to 72.98%. So COHA can be effectively degraded by aqueous NaOC1 solution as valuable chemicals, which can further improve the economics of the process of coal oxidation.
