摘要
观察桂参止痛合剂治疗中、重度癌痛的镇痛效果及安全性。方法 :随机、双盲、双模拟对照试验 ,比较桂参止痛合剂、强痛定对 12 1例中、重度癌痛的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果 :桂参止痛合剂与强痛定对癌痛镇痛总有效率分别为 75 .8%、6 6 .7% ,差异无统计学意义 P >0 .0 5 ,均无明显不良反应。
Objectives:observation on pain relieving effects and safety of Guising Zhitong Mixture in treating severe tumor pain.Method:double blind and double simulated comparison tests to compare pain relieving effects and side effects in treating 121 cases of severe tumor pain by Guiseng Zhitong Mixture and Qiangtongding.Results:The total effective rates of Guiseng Zhitong Mixture and Qiangtongding were 75.8% and 66.7% respectively.The difference had no statistics meaning(P>0.05).Both had no significant side effect.
